Virtuhire is seeking a confident, sales-driven Appointment Setter to support aesthetic clinics by contacting opted-in leads for high-ticket treatments. You will follow a structured phone script, assess interest, handle objections, and secure consultation bookings with a deposit.

The role requires excellent English, a warm, empathetic phone manner, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed appointments while maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in appointment setting, inbound lead follow-up, or call centre roles supporting US market.
• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, med spas, beauty or wellness is advantageous.
• Excellent spoken English with neutral or US-leaning accent and empathetic phone manner.
• Strong communication and listening skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience using CRM systems; GoHighLevel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact opt-in leads interested in aesthetic treatments and follow up promptly.
• Conduct short scripted phone assessments to gauge interest and suitability for a consultation.
• Explain the booking process and guide leads to secure an appointment with a deposit.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a consultative tone.
• Follow scripts when appropriate but adapt conversations as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, tracking sheets, lead statuses, and bookings.
• Manage leads across multiple clinic accounts with consistent follow-up and bookings.
• Monitor progress and ensure enquiries are recorded appropriately.
