Job summary

Incomar is seeking a Junior Electronic Engineer to join its Graduate Development Programme in Centurion, South Africa. The role focuses on designing, developing, and testing electronic and avionic modules within the aerospace and defence sector.

The programme offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, with a view to transitioning successful graduates to permanent roles after completion. A full-time in-office commitment begins February 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or currently studying with completion by end of 2026.
• South African citizenship or permanent residence with a valid work permit.
• Full-time in-office presence required at Centurion facilities from February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing electronic and avionic modules.
• Support PCB design and hardware prototyping activities.
• Collaborate with the development team and communicate effectively.
