Job summary

Incomar invites graduates to join its Graduate Development Programme as Junior PCB CAD Designers. This 12–24 month in-office program in Pretoria offers comprehensive training and mentorship, with hands-on experience in designing and modelling electronic hardware and PCBs for aerospace and defence applications.

Ideal candidates hold a BEng Tech or Diploma in Engineering (or are completing by end of 2026), are South African citizens or permanent residents, and will join the team from January 2027.

Qualifications

• No prior work experience required; exposure to PCB layout beneficial.
• Knowledge of electronic hardware modelling and PCB design, including high-speed digital, power and analogue designs.
• Exposure to PCB design packages (Altium preferred).
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
