Job summary

Volt Africa is seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive in Cape Town to drive advertising sales across digital, social, website and print platforms. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with advertisers and agencies, and present integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.

The role requires strong prospecting and negotiation skills, with travel often and own transport.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• Experience in advertising or media sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors.
• Drive ad sales across digital, social, website and print platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertisers and agencies.
• Prospect for new clients through calls, meetings, and social media.
• Understand client objectives and propose relevant advertising solutions.
• Prepare proposals, media plans, and sales reports.
• Attend industry events to expand the company’s commercial network.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and manage the full sales cycle.
