Job summary

Jem HR is looking for an Implementation and Adoption Lead based in Cape Town or Johannesburg. This role involves ensuring our products are successfully integrated into client operations and building a comprehensive rollout playbook. You will work closely with both clients and the internal Product team to drive product adoption and provide hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, customer onboarding, or change management for B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning adoption outcomes across a client portfolio.
• Familiarity with building and documenting rollout playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage product rollouts and training for client operations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful product adoption.
• Establish and maintain adoption progress and insights back to the Product team.
