Job summary

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS) in Limpopo seeks a dedicated office and fleet administrator to support operations, vendor management, and facilities tasks. You will maintain vehicle trip records, coordinate repairs, manage office supplies, and monitor access control to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vehicle trip sheets with mileage, fuel, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and insurance renewals.
• Collaborate with finance to track fleet expenses and ensure accurate records.
• Oversee insurance claims processing within required timeframes.
• Oversee time and attendance record keeping for accuracy.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment using 5S principles.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies to support daily operations.
• Schedule facility repairs to maintain functional spaces.
• Manage office access control records for security.
• Oversee PPE and uniform procurement and quality control.
• Evaluate vendor performance against SLAs.
• Resolve vendor issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
• Process vendor payments and upload invoices.
• Generate PO’s and ensure invoices aren’t carried over to next month.
• Process monthly accruals for staff, rentals and fuel.
