Job summary

Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS) in Limpopo is seeking a proactive supervisor to oversee the delivery driver operations. You will manage drivers, systems, and daily deployment to meet scheduling targets while upholding safety and company policies.

In this role you will coordinate inbound/outbound workflows, monitor reporting, and develop teams to deliver high service levels across South Africa's e-commerce network. A strong focus on communication, discipline, and asset care is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Certificate or qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Fleet Management, or similar (advantageous).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in fleet control or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely, efficient, and effective operations of delivery drivers.
• Manage drivers and delivery systems to optimize performance and reporting.
• Ensure smooth communication and information flow related to parcel loading, delivery, and system issues.
• Ensure adequate staffing and efficient deployment for daily operations.
• Uphold operational standards, resolve delivery queries, and manage returned goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and company assets.
• Promote company culture and manage staff performance and discipline.
