Job summary

Oracle South Africa (Oracle SA) is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support financial, administrative and clerical tasks within the finance team. You will process invoices, manage payments, and ensure accurate reconciliation of accounts.

You will collaborate with suppliers, monitor expenses, and assist with month-end closing and internal controls. A financial degree and experience with Sage software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field is required.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management and Administration preferred.
• Experience with Sage accounting software is a plus.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to manage payables and receivables.
• Process, verify and reconcile invoices and payments.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close and audits.
• Maintain GL records and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Provide training and guidance to AP staff as needed.
