Job summary

Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd has a client in the geophysical sector seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team in Pretoria East Silver Lakes area. The successful candidate will handle general accounting tasks, including data entry in Xero, accounts receivable and intercompany transactions, forex and petty cash management, supplier reconciliations, and HR documentation support.

A matric with accounting qualification and 2–3 years' experience is required; driver’s license and own

Qualifications

• Matric with accounting qualification required.
• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance essential.
• Degree or higher is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project expenditure and reporting.
• Proficiency with Xero is non negotiable.
• Accounts receivable including intercompany transactions.
• Forex and petty cash management.
• Supplier and balance sheet reconciliations.
• General office assistance and HR documentation support.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own transport.
