Job summary

Delta-v in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Account Manager/ SDR to onboard new customers, manage relationships, and drive campaigns that build sales pipelines across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Qualifications

• Completed university degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in an SDR or BDR role.
• Strong interest in business, technology, SaaS, or FinTech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with senior business leaders.
• Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Project manage onboarding for new customers.
• Own weekly and monthly customer reporting.
• Run weekly check-ins and monthly campaign strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with SDR managers and sales enablement to optimise campaigns.
• Develop expertise in modern sales, technology, and GTM strategy.
