Job summary

Network Finance is seeking an energetic Account Manager to grow and manage key client relationships in Randburg, Gauteng. You will drive account growth, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with sales teams to close deals, manage pipelines, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for new and expanded business across SMEs and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience dealing with SMEs and corporate clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business.
• Manage the sales process from initial engagement to close.
• Work with clients to understand needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and performance objectives.
• Support senior Account Managers with client engagements.
• Assist in managing key accounts and ensure prompt resolution of queries.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitor activity.
