Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management or Key Account Management.
• Strong ability to grow accounts and negotiate commercial terms.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients nationwide.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client queries, concerns, and service-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling of services.
• Develop and implement client retention strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present account performance reports, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage client agreements and service-related contracts.
• Support business development and client acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of client engagements, opportunities, and account activities within CRM systems.
• Mentor and support junior team members while promoting best practices in client relationship management.
