Job summary

Vox is seeking an Account Executive in Pretoria to help maintain key accounts and develop new ones. You will manage the full sales cycle, present products to clients, and foster long-term partnerships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with experience in sales and CRM tools, including Salesforce. A Grade 12 and a business/marketing degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and a degree in business, sales or marketing are required.
• Proven experience as Account Executive or in sales/customer service roles.
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

Helping to maintain or extend existing accounts (customers) and develop new accounts. In many organizations, account executives work with sales representatives, account managers, etc. and offer higher-level leadership. Depending upon the industry an account executive may progress into enterprise account management, regional or national account management, etc.

Job Objectives

• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
