• 7+ years in Technical/Maintenance Manager in CITY HOTELS with 400+ rooms.
• Hands-on manager with experience in electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, kitchen equipment, aircons, fridges, etc.
• Must have held a cluster position overseeing maintenance and facilities of 4 hotels and public areas.
• Stable track record.
• Driver's licence.

A complex with 4 hotels seeks a highly experienced Cluster hotel maintenance manager meeting the following specific requirements:

• Trade qualification essential
• Minimum 7 years experience in a Technical / Maintenance Manager position within CITY HOTELS with over 400 rooms
• Hands on manager, with experience in electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, kitchen equipment, aircons, fridges etc
• Must have held a cluster position as will be overseeing the maintenance and facilities management of 4 hotels and public areas
• Stable track record
• drivers licence
