The Capital Hotels is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, security, pool and grounds across its Cape Town properties. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, coordinate repairs, ensure safety standards, and maintain guest comfort with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Minimum requirements include matric and 2–3 years in facilities management, with hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and generators.

The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, security, pool and grounds issues are dealt with as well as managing a maintenance team.
