Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in sales, account management, business development, or commercial roles.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for assigned customers and accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers as trusted advisor and primary commercial contact.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable growth.
• Understand customer needs and align Baker Hughes products, technologies, and services to create value.
• Support negotiations, proposal development, and contract execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with product line, operations, and service delivery teams for execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer activities, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in commercial reviews, customer meetings, and strategic account planning.
• Support regional growth initiatives and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes HSE, compliance, and commercial policies.
