Virtustant is seeking a Senior Shopify & E-commerce Specialist to own the development, optimization, and day-to-day technical management of multiple Shopify stores. You will connect stores with third-party platforms, apps, CRMs, analytics, and marketing tools to support growth.

You will work closely with marketing teams, translate business needs into technical solutions, troubleshoot complex integrations, and maintain clean, scalable code.

Formación

• 4+ years of hands-on Shopify development and e-commerce experience.
• Experience connecting Shopify with third-party apps, APIs, CRMs, analytics and marketing platforms.
• Understanding of conversion optimization, SEO, analytics and digital marketing workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Shopify integrations and technical issues.
• Ability to translate business/marketing requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize multiple Shopify stores and storefronts.
• Configure and manage Shopify Admin, products, collections, navigation, apps, and store settings.
• Connect Shopify stores with third-party platforms, APIs, apps, CRMs, analytics, and marketing tools.
• Troubleshoot integrations, bugs, performance issues, and compatibility across stores.
• Support the launch, migration, and ongoing management of new Shopify stores.
• Understand e-commerce funnels, conversion optimization, customer experience, and online merchandising.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement tracking, pixels, analytics, landing pages, promotions.
• Help connect store data with marketing and analytics platforms to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive e-commerce processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor store performance, conversion rates, user experience, SEO, and site health.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to drive revenue.
