Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee customer contracts and drive operational and commercial success across the contract lifecycle. You will focus on customer satisfaction, contract profitability, service delivery, and stakeholder management while coordinating with customers, service teams, and leaders.

Responsibilities include profitability oversight, program management for service agreements and time-material projects, and supporting new contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services.
• Minimum 3 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management.
• Experience in turbomachinery.
• Experience managing customer-facing service contracts and commercial commitments.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within Venezuela.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability and customer satisfaction of assigned contracts.
• Provide program management support for service agreements and time-material projects.
• Support sales campaigns for new contracts, proposals, and business opportunities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with high satisfaction.
• Interact with Customer Service, Parts & Transactional Services, Field Service, and other support functions.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal organizations for assigned contracts.
• Collaborate with senior leaders including SPB and EB-level stakeholders.
• Communicate project approaches, business needs, and outcomes to stakeholders.
