Job summary

Baker Hughes in Venezuela is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive profitable contract execution and ensure outstanding service delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer contracts, and coordinate with service groups to meet business objectives.

You will oversee program management for service agreements and time-and-material projects, while supporting sales campaigns and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Travel up to 50% within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4+ years in Services and Customer Contract Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Contract Management.
• Experience in turbomachinery and customer-facing service contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Provide program management for service agreements and time-and-material projects.
• Support sales campaigns for new contracts, proposals, and business opportunities.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Interact with Customer Service, Parts & Transactional Services, Field Service, Repair Service, and other support functions.
• Act as primary liaison between customers and internal organizations for assigned contracts.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and key stakeholders to communicate project outcomes.
• Manage standardized project processes and update procedures and guidelines.
• Work with diverse customers across the region under predefined contractual frameworks.
• Support successful contract execution, operational performance, and business objectives.
