Baker Hughes Inc. invites a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to accelerate growth of the Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions business in Venezuela.

You will leverage deep market knowledge to develop strategic relationships and win complex technology deals across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and other industrial sectors. The role requires fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in industrial sales or business development in Venezuela.
• Strong network and knowledge of the Venezuelan Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and industrial sectors.
• Experience with industrial automation, instrumentation, rotating equipment, condition monitoring, reliability, or related technologies.
• Ability to sell complex combinations of hardware, services, and software.
• Strong strategic account management and negotiation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial development of the Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions portfolio across Venezuela.
• Build and execute a growth strategy focused on strategic accounts, installed-base expansion, modernization, services, software, and new projects.
• Identify and convert opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and other relevant industrial segments.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers across operations, maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement, projects, and executive leadership.
