You will lead strategic client relationships with Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and industrial customers, selling complex technology solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles. This role requires strong market knowledge, technical credibility and the ability to build a robust commercial pipeline that

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in industrial sales or business development in Venezuela.
• Strong network and knowledge of the Venezuelan Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and industrial sectors.
• Experience with industrial automation, instrumentation, rotating equipment, condition monitoring, reliability, or related technologies.
• Ability to sell complex combinations of hardware, services, and software.
• Strong executive communication and customer-engagement skills.

• Lead the commercial development of the Bently Nevada and Cordant Solutions portfolio across Venezuela.
• Build and execute a growth strategy focused on strategic accounts, installed-base expansion, modernization, services, software, and new projects.
• Identify and convert opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and other relevant industrial segments.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers across operations, maintenance, reliability, engineering, procurement, projects, and executive leadership.
• Develop a healthy and sustainable commercial pipeline and maintain strong forecasting and opportunity-management discipline.
