Job summary

M365Consult is a fully remote startup seeking an experienced Microsoft AI Engineer to lead Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Automate initiatives. You will own projects end-to-end, coordinate outsourced contributors, and drive adoption of AI across business processes.

As a senior contributor, you will mentor teammates, manage Microsoft environments, and collaborate closely with leadership to deliver scalable, cost-conscious solutions. A strong track record in governance and security is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering production solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Power Automate.
• Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its use in business workflows.
• Experience building AI agents or assistants connected to business data, tools, and APIs.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated answers and actions, including handling unreliable output.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, expressions, approvals, and troubleshooting.
• Experience integrating SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, or comparable platforms.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, permissions, authentication, and secure credential handling.
• Ability to write and review supporting code or scripts in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-driven Microsoft solutions across Copilot Studio, Foundry, and Power Automate.
• Lead projects from requirements to deployment and improvement.
• Mentor colleagues and coordinate outsourced contributors.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments across teams.
• Configure GitHub-connected Power Platform solutions and CI/CD workflows.
• Ensure security, governance, and cost control for cloud resources.
