Job summary

M365connect is a startup focused on AI-powered automation across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform. We seek an experienced Microsoft AI Engineer who can own projects end-to-end, from requirements discovery to deployment and ongoing improvement.

You will lead a distributed team, mentor colleagues, and coordinate outsourced contributors while aligning technical work with business priorities. Remote collaboration, startup budget constraints, and clear ownership will be part of the role, with

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering production Microsoft AI/automation solutions.
Experience building AI agents connected to business data, tools, and APIs.
Strong knowledge of Power Automate cloud flows, connectors, and troubleshooting.
Experience administering Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments.
Ability to mentor teams and coordinate distributed contributors.

Responsibilities

Lead projects end-to-end across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform from discovery to deployment.
Coordinate outsourced contributors and mentor colleagues to ensure quality outcomes.
Evaluate AI outputs, establish governance and human review steps for automated actions.
Manage configuration, access, and security across Microsoft environments and services.
Translate business needs into actionable tasks with verifiable acceptance criteria.
