M365Consult is seeking a Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer for a fully remote, long-term position. You will develop frontend and backend software, integrate AI capabilities, and manage Linux infrastructure, databases, and deployment processes.

You’ll take a project from requirements through testing and operation, collaborating across products and initiatives. You will lead developers, mentor less experienced colleagues, coordinate outsourced contributors, and review external work.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience delivering and maintaining production web applications.
• Frontend development with a modern framework, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Backend development with secure APIs, integrations, validation, and error handling.
• Experience integrating AI or LLM capabilities into software, managing latency and costs.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants/agentic workflows and independent verification.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience, including migrations and backups.
• Linux administration and Docker deployment experience.
• Understanding of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, firewalls, ports, and reverse proxies.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions; familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Git, PRs, code reviews, and release-management skills.
• Experience leading a development team and coordinating technical delivery.
• Mentoring ability and clear explanation of technical decisions.
• Experience working with outsourced developers or distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a startup budget.
• Interest in long-term, full-time role with growing responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
• Build AI-powered features, integrations, and internal tools.
• Use AI coding assistants with testing and human review.
• Translate business requirements into implementation tasks with acceptance criteria.
• Design APIs, business logic, authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Manage database schemas, migrations, and performance.
• Administer Linux servers and deployments; manage networking and security.
• Build and maintain Docker environments and containers.
• Manage DNS, TLS certificates, and reverse proxies.
• Maintain CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Handle deployments with migration checks and rollbacks.
• Investigate production incidents and address root causes.
• Coordinate outsourced developers and review deliverables.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and demonstrations.
• Keep implementation proportionate to problem, avoid unnecessary complexity.
