Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support Revenue Cycle Management solutions. You will work on registrations, scheduling, billing, claims, HIM, and related interfaces, using CCL, DiscernDev, and MPage with Java and .NET.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and infra teams to deliver scalable healthcare applications, while ensuring quality, performance, and on-site support as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of system development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .Net and Java.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Experience building interfaces using HL7, FHIR, REST, SOAP, XML and JSON.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy Oracle Health solutions using CCL, DiscernDev, MPage, Java.
• Build and maintain components, scripts, reports, and interfaces for RCM needs.
• Configure RCM modules including Registration, Scheduling, Billing, Claims, HIM.
• Design and troubleshoot integrations with external health systems.
• Develop Health Plan configurations, payer rules, and claim logic.
• Perform analysis, debugging, and incident resolution in production and projects.
• Optimize performance and ensure high availability of custom solutions.
• Provide estimates in design sessions and support testing and deployment.
• Create unit tests and assist system integration and UAT.
• Prepare technical docs and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Analysts, and Infra teams.
• Provide on-site support during go-live and post-prod activities.
• Adhere to development standards and change management processes.
