Specialized Gastroenterology Practice seeks a Spanish‑speaking virtual Medical Scribe and Assistant to support a US-based gastroenterology physician. The role requires real-time scribing, pre-charting, and administrative duties from a fixed remote location in Latin America.

The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse with bilingual English/Spanish skills, resilient in a fast-paced clinic, and able to operate Epic EMR and Zoom concurrently.

Formación

• Experience: At least one year as Medical Virtual Assistant or Scribe.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency.
• Fixed working location with verified IP address for Epic EMR access.
• Hardware: 8 GB RAM minimum; monitor 21–22 inch; Epic on same PC as Zoom.
• Background check, passport, and professional license required.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Charting: prepare charts by pulling labs, imaging, and docs.
• Real-time scribing during patient visits.
• Patient coordination and appointment scheduling.
• Clinical communication between physician and patients.
• Assist doctor between appointments to maintain clinic flow.
