Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a Property Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new properties. You will coordinate with owners, vendors, cleaners, and internal teams to ensure properties are launch-ready across multiple platforms.

The role requires 1–2+ years in property management or hospitality, familiarity with Airbnb/VRBO/Booking.com, and proficiency with PMS tools like Guesty or Hostaway. Strong organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or operations.
• Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with PMS/channel management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, or Hospitable is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and operational tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and verify property listings, descriptions, amenities, house rules, and check-in instructions.
• Work with owners and vendors to resolve onboarding issues and meet launch deadlines.
• Maintain accurate onboarding trackers, documentation, and status updates.
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams to ensure a smooth transition after launch.
• Identify missing information or potential operational issues and proactively address them.
