AllView Real Estate seeks a Property Management Coordinator to join our fully remote, international team. You’ll connect tenants, owners and vendors, keep accurate records, and move maintenance requests from intake to resolution from anywhere.

The role offers full remote flexibility, $11 per hour with a 6% annual bonus, and clear opportunities for advancement within the AllView Real Estate network. Strong organization and communication are essential.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with tenants, owners and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability in a remote setting.
• Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant, owner and vendor inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with lease renewals and coordinate communications to meet deadlines.
• Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up on delinquencies.
• Coordinate maintenance requests from intake to resolution.
• Support property turnovers with vendors, inspections and scheduling.
• Maintain tenant and property records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.
• Generate reports on maintenance, turnovers and tenant satisfaction.
