Virtustant is hiring an SEO Manager to craft a scalable content engine and lead technology-driven SEO initiatives. You will set guidelines for Claude-based content, integrate Ahrefs, CMS, and DataForSEO, and manage a backlink program while steering solo and outsourced efforts.

The role demands hands-on SEO with a track record of driving traffic to revenue, especially in B2B services. Remote, full-time, with USD or local currency compensation options.

Formación

• 4+ years in SEO with revenue impact
• B2B services experience preferred
• Proven path from near-zero traffic to bookings
• Hands-on with Ahrefs and real traffic verification
• Experience building backlink programs (exchanges, PR, paid placements)
• LLM-assisted content creation at volume and instruction writing for LLMs

Responsabilidades

• Build the content engine from zero
• Write and maintain Claude instructions
• Connect Ahrefs, CMS, and DataForSEO to Claude
• Target informational and transactional keywords
• Acquire and vet links, reject most
• Run exchange program with outsourced PR
• Own technical SEO: site structure, internal linking, indexation, speed, schema
• Report weekly on organic-sourced booked meetings
