Job summary

Condor Agency is seeking a full-time Paid Media Analyst to manage and optimize digital campaigns for a U.S.-based client. You will plan, launch, and optimize across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring budgets, creatives, and structures align with client goals.

The role requires Advanced English (C1) and 2+ years in Paid Media, PPC, or Performance Marketing, with strong proficiency in Google Ads and familiarity with Meta/LinkedIn platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency (C1) required.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Paid Media, PPC, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, including keyword management and bidding.
• Experience with Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Familiarity with key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Impressions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, bidding, and performance indicators to maximize ROI.
• Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Analyze performance data and competitive activity to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and refine targeting, remarketing, and first-party data strategies.
• Support keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization tasks.
• Monitor reporting via advertising platforms, GA4, and SEO tools, and present insights.
