Natura Labs LLC is seeking a proactive Media Buyer, Client Success Manager & Creative Strategist to join our remote team. You will own client communication, drive creative strategy across skincare accounts, and gradually take over media buying from our senior buyer.

The role values fast learning, ownership, and precise delivery in a fast-moving performance marketing environment. Work remotely across time zones with daily async updates, overlap for key meetings, and a probation period to ramp up

Qualifications

• Experience leading client success and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to own projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn Meta ads directly from our senior media buyer and leadership.
• Take over setup, launch and monitor campaigns.
• Move into optimization and wider account management.
• Own day-to-day client communication and updates on performance.
• Develop creative strategy and briefs for editors and designers.
• Lead a creative strategy pod and manage daily output.
