This role is responsible for overseeing daily property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and coordination of maintenance and repairs. The Property Manager monitors property conditions, ensures compliance with local regulations and company policies, and maintains accurate records for occupancy, expenses, and vendor agreements. This position also involves preparing basic financial and performance reports, supporting budgeting activities, and collaborating with contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely work. The Property Manager works closely with internal teams to support a safe, well-maintained environment and a positive experience for all tenants and visitors.
