Job summary

Paired is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to manage customer communications across phone, email, and live chat, while assisting with orders, reviewing artwork, and explaining printing specs. The role requires a detail-oriented mindset and familiarity with Canva and graphic design basics.

You will collaborate with internal production and design teams and support clients of a leading online printing provider on a remote, contractor basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English; experience supporting clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Teams, Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
• Comfortable handling digital files and formats including JPEG, JPG, PNG, and PDF.
• Hands-on experience using Canva.
• Basic understanding of graphic design concepts, image quality, dimensions, and print-ready files.
• Familiarity with printed marketing products such as Business Cards, Postcards, Brochures, and Flyers.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to catch artwork mistakes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers via email, online chat, and phone from inquiry to order completion.
• Answer product inquiries, pricing, artwork requirements, order status, and shipping; assist with placing orders.
• Review customer artwork for common issues and communicate concerns clearly to customers.
• Explain print specs, file requirements, image quality, and dimensions in simple terms.
• Coordinate with internal production and design teams to resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers for missing information, artwork, or approvals; stay organized.
