Job summary

GuestReady is seeking a remote Owner Support Specialist (Spanish speaker) to join our UK Owner Success team on a freelance/independent contractor basis. You will be the main point of contact for property owners, handling calls, emails and tickets with a focus on timely, empathetic resolutions.

You will coordinate with Operations, Finance and Account Management, maintain accurate CRM records and drive continuous improvement in the owner support experience while working UK hours from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish and fluent English communication.
• Experience in customer support or owner support.
• Able to handle high volume calls and tickets.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking.
• Comfortable working remotely during UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails and support requests from property owners.
• Manage and respond to owner support tickets with proper prioritisation.
• Investigate questions and concerns and provide accurate solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Guest Experience, Finance and Account Management teams.
• Escalate complex issues to Account Managers when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal platforms.
