The Global Talent Co. is seeking a highly organized Podcast Manager to own the end-to-end success of assigned podcast shows, from guest sourcing and outreach to scheduling and publishing.

You will be the main point of contact for clients, hosts, and guests, ensuring a professional, seamless experience. Formación

• 3+ years in account management, client success, or related roles.
• Strong ability to use AI tools to improve tasks.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, shows, and deadlines.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Professional communication with clients and guests.
• Experience with PM tools, spreadsheets, calendars, Slack, email, or publishing platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the guest booking pipeline for assigned shows, including sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Book relevant guests that align with each show’s audience and goals.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned podcast clients.
• Provide a smooth, professional experience for clients, hosts, and guests.
• Coordinate production workflows across editors, designers, clients, hosts, and internal teams.
• Track episode timelines, deadlines, assets, and publishing status.
• Use AI tools to improve guest research, outreach, and scheduling support.
• Ensure all guest-facing and client-facing communications are polished and accurate.
• Review work before it’s sent externally to prevent mistakes.
• Ensure episode assets are uploaded and published on time.
• Identify and resolve issues before they affect the client experience.
• Maintain organized systems, trackers, and documentation for each show.
