The Global Talent Co. is seeking a highly organized Podcast Manager to own the end-to-end success of assigned podcast shows, from guest sourcing and outreach to scheduling and publishing.

• Review work before it’s sent externally to prevent mistakes.
• Ensure episode assets are uploaded and published on time.
• Identify and resolve issues before they affect the client experience.
• Maintain organized systems, trackers, and documentation for each show.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Podcast Account Manager to own the end-to-end success of assigned podcast shows.

In this role, you will manage the guest booking pipeline, coordinate production workflows, communicate with clients, hosts, and guests, work closely with editors and designers, and ensure every episode is delivered and published on time.

You are the main person responsible for making sure each show runs smoothly. That means keeping guests booked, production moving, assets organized, clients updated, and nothing falling through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the guest booking pipeline for assigned podcast shows, including sourcing, outreach, follow-up, scheduling, and confirmations.
• Book relevant, high-quality guests that align with each client’s show, audience, and goals.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned podcast clients.
• Provide a smooth, professional experience for clients, hosts, and guests.
• Coordinate production workflows across editors, designers, clients, hosts, and internal team members.
• Track episode timelines, deadlines, deliverables, assets, approvals, and publishing status.
• Use AI tools proactively to improve guest research, outreach, scheduling support, client communication, production coordination, quality control, and overall workflow efficiency.
• Ensure all guest-facing and client-facing communication is accurate, polished, and professional.
• Review work before it is sent externally to prevent avoidable mistakes.
• Make sure all episode assets are completed, uploaded, and published on time.
• Proactively identify issues, delays, or missing information and resolve them before they affect the client experience.
• Maintain organized systems, trackers, and documentation for each assigned show.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, production coordination, podcasting, media, or a related role.
• Strong ability to use AI tools to work faster, stay organized, improve communication, research guests, draft outreach, summarize information, support production workflows, and reduce avoidable mistakes.
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, shows, guests, deadlines, and deliverables at once.
• Comfortable following up, keeping people accountable, and moving projects forward.
• Professional and polished communication style with clients and guests.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with tools such as project management systems, spreadsheets, calendars, Slack, email, AI tools, or podcast publishing platforms.
