Ultipro is seeking an experienced HR professional to coordinate staffing and recruitment for local positions in Venezuela. You will partner with leaders to define staffing needs, manage sourcing, interviews, and onboarding, and ensure payroll and benefits alignment with local practices.

The role also covers labor law compliance, employee relations, performance development, and HR analytics to support management decisions. Strong leadership and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience focused on Human Resources.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in Leadership positions.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector is a significant advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate recruitment activities for local positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Support workforce planning initiatives to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Coordinate payroll-related activities and benefits administration.
• Assist in salary reviews, market benchmarking, and compensation analyses.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
