You will own the full lifecycle from prospecting to delivery, shape market strategy, build a high-performing team, and connect local opportunities with Talento’s capabilities across the Americas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruiting, executive search, staffing, or talent solutions.
• 5+ years leading recruiting professionals.
• Experience managing team performance, priorities, and workloads.
• Experience owning practice, business unit, or P&L performance including revenue and profitability.
• 2+ years growing and expanding key accounts through land-and-expand.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development by building strategic relationships and winning new partnerships.
• Expand customer partnerships by identifying unmet talent needs and broadening search scopes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
• Own practice P&L including revenue, gross profit, and productivity.
