HONOR is seeking an experienced Media Buying professional to lead strategy, activation planning and end-to-end campaign execution. You will manage platforms including Google Ads, Meta and YouTube, monitor performance, adjust bids and budgets, and collaborate with partners to maximize ROI.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, 4+ years in media buying, and fluent English for the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: develop media buying strategy and activation plan for campaigns.
• Campaign Management: launch and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok and other media.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: track metrics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Budget Oversight: draft and manage budgets by campaign and month.
• Sponsorship and Cooperation: source, contact and negotiate opportunities with partners.
• Agency Management: coordinate with media buying agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Internal Communication: align strategy and timelines with the Marketing team and creatives.
