Toptal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI-driven product initiatives across mobile, desktop, and web platforms. You will own end-to-end discovery and delivery in a fast-paced, global context.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other Product Managers to translate platform capabilities into customer-facing experiences, drive roadmaps, and measure impact with data and user research.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven software product management experience.
• Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from discovery to launch, even in ambiguous environments.
• Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features that improve engagement and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, including backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing experiences that deliver measurable value.
• Define the scope of new product features and ongoing feature improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Establish credibility with internal and external partners.
• Break down complex problems using data, analytics, and user research to guide product direction.
