Legal Soft is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support US-based personal injury litigation. You will draft responses to discovery, manage e-filing, and coordinate depositions while maintaining organized case files.

The role requires fluency in English, strong legal writing, and availability for US business hours. You will work from home on full-time hours, with competitive USD hourly pay and bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal company.
• Proven track record handling discovery — drafting and responses, not just reviewing.
• Proficiency in case management software.
• Hands-on experience with e-filing portals.
• Experience coordinating depositions with vendors and multiple parties.
• Primary focus on auto accident litigation; premises liability and dog bite experience is a significant advantage.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher in English).
• Strong legal writing, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.
• Availability to work during US business hours.

Aufgaben

• Draft and respond to written discovery, including Interrogatories and Requests for Production.
• Manage e-filing across court portals and monitor deadlines.
• Coordinate with vendors/parties to notice and schedule depositions.
• Assist attorneys with trial binders, exhibits, and mediation briefs.
• Maintain organized case files and keep case management system up to date.
• Track court dates, deadlines, and calendars for active litigation.
• Provide clients with clear, timely case updates.
