Uptalent.io is assisting a Bay Area residential design firm in identifying a reliable Design Support Specialist with deep experience in SoftPlan for US-based projects. The role focuses on producing design deliverables, 2D/3D components, and construction documents directly from the model.

Applicants should have US residential design experience, excellent English (B2+), and be able to work independently with minimal oversight. Flexible schedules and remote work options are available.

Formación

• Experience using SoftPlan in a professional setting.
• Experience on U.S. residential design projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction documentation.
• Fluency in English (B2 minimum).

Responsabilidades

• Use SoftPlan daily to produce residential design deliverables.
• Create and modify floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models.
• Generate construction documents and print-ready drawing sets from the model.
• Collaborate with clients to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Follow instructions and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with SoftPlan Cloud and file-sharing tools (Google Drive/Dropbox).
• Communicate via Zoom or Google Meet; use Slack or Teams if needed.
