Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Digital Workplace Manager to lead the Digital Workspace Officers and Specialists, driving a high-performing, customer-focused support culture. You will oversee Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, SharePoint, and endpoint tools, champion automation via self-service workflows and RPA, and develop dashboards on SLA performance, compliance, and user trends.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in end-user computing or IT support.
• Experience leading support teams and service operations.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, endpoint environments and automation.
• Based in Caracas, Venezuela, with local work authorization.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong ITIL, service management, and SLA governance knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree and professional IT qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and manage Digital Workspace Officers and Specialists.
• Allocate workloads, monitor performance, and ensure SLA compliance across support services.
• Build a customer-focused, high-performing support culture.
• Oversee support for collaboration platforms, endpoint devices, virtual desktops, email, and productivity tools.
• Ensure reliable daily operations for Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.
• Resolve escalated incidents and complex technical issues.
• Enforce hardware, software, asset management, and endpoint compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, controls, and audit readiness.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement self-service workflows, chatbots, and RPA solutions.
• Drive productivity gains through digital service automation.
• Monitor Digital Employee Experience metrics and recommend improvements.
• Promote workplace-tool adoption through training, awareness, and best-practice campaigns.
• Oversee deployment, refresh, onboarding, and lifecycle management of end-user devices.
• Ensure device compatibility, security, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate standards with infrastructure and security teams.
• Produce dashboards covering SLA performance, compliance, automation impact, and user trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations for service optimization and operational excellence.
• Track ROI from workplace transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, HR, procurement, and business units.
• Support enterprise change programs and new technology rollouts.
• Ensure workspace solutions remain aligned with organizational needs.
