Specialized Gastroenterology Practice is seeking a Virtual Medical Scribe and Assistant to support a US-based gastroenterology practice remotely in LATAM. The role focuses on real-time scribing, pre-charting, and essential administrative support, with a strong clinical understanding expected from a licensed nurse.

The candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), work from a single fixed location, and meet hardware requirements.

Formación

• Experience of at least 1 year as Medical Virtual Assistant or Scribe
• Educational recency within 5 years of graduation or active practice
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Fixed working location from one consistent location
• Hardware: minimum 8 GB RAM
• Monitor: 21–22 inch minimum; Epic compatibility
• Must be able to run Epic and Zoom simultaneously
• Must provide Passport, background check, and professional license

Responsabilidades

• Pre-charting: review schedules and pull lab results into EMR
• Real-time medical scribing: accompany physician virtually to note visits
• Patient coordination: handle calls and schedule appointments
• Clinical communication: relay information between physician and patients
• Workflow integration: assist doctor to maintain clinic flow
