Peek Law Group is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our team remotely. The role centers on recruiting across multiple roles, with HR tasks as needed, including onboarding and documentation.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, well-organized, and comfortable managing multiple openings during U.S. business hours. This is a long-term remote position.

Formación

• MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative role
• Comfortable using ADP/CareerPlug, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Culture Index
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple open roles

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting & sourcing: post positions, source candidates, maintain active pipeline
• Candidate screening: review applications, conduct initial screening, coordinate next steps
• Interview coordination: schedule interviews and align calendars, ensure assessments
• Applicant tracking: maintain records using LinkedIn Recruiter tool across stages
• Document support: prepare offer letters and onboarding docs using Acrobat and Excel
• HR support: onboarding, employee documentation, other HR projects as needed
• Candidate communication: be professional contact for candidates in English and Spanish
