EUTALENTS is seeking a Talent Scout / Recruitment SDR who thrives on momentum and gets paid for every win. This is a phone-first, high-velocity role where your paycheck reflects your effort and consistency.

You’ll enjoy talking to people, moving fast, and seeing direct rewards for results. You’ll reach out to candidates daily, screen in Spanish and English, keep the ATS updated, and hand off qualified candidates with a concise summary to unlock your bonus.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English (you’ll use both, daily).
• 1+ year in recruiting, sales, or any phone-heavy role.
• Self-directed and structured; you don’t need someone checking in.
• Available within European working hours.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to candidates daily, follow up consistently, and move them through the pipeline.
• Run fast, structured screening calls in Spanish and English.
• Ensure candidates meet the must-haves and help them get their docs in order.
• Keep everything updated in our ATS.
• Hand off qualified candidates with a short summary and collect your bonus.
