Rockwell Automation is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Lifecycle Services portfolio, ensuring contractual, financial, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with Project Managers to manage invoicing, forecasting, and revenue recognition while maintaining governance and controls.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in administration or engineering and 3+ years in project administration, with English proficiency and ERP experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project administration.
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate - Advanced).
• Experience with ERP systems and project accounting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer contracts and purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop Sales Orders and project-related data within IFS ERP systems.
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and commercial revisions.
• Attend customer and internal meetings to address contractual matters and negotiate timeline changes.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, commitments, and budget performance.
• Support project cash flow management including advances and milestone billing.
• Maintain project forecasts and contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
• Partner with Project Managers to maintain project plans, dashboards, and logs.
• Ensure project documentation complies with Rockwell policies and audits.
• Monitor milestones, billing events, and operational activities for project execution.
• Maintain data integrity across project management and ERP systems.
