Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader delivering services and solutions for industrial automation. The Project Administrator helps ensure the successful execution and financial performance of the LCS project portfolio, supports revenue recognition, forecasting, invoicing, and governance across projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role coordinates with internal stakeholders and customers to drive operational excellence, project controls, and compliant financial processes

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or equivalent field.
• English speaking and writing skills (Intermediate - Advanced).
• Experience with ERP systems and project accounting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review contracts and purchase orders for compliance with policies.
• Develop sales orders and project data in ERP systems (IFS).
• Manage contract amendments, change orders, and revisions.
• Monitor project costs, revenue recognition, and profitability.
• Maintain project forecasts and support monthly/quarterly/yearly reviews.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to track plans and performance.
