Rockwell Automation seeks a Project Administrator in Caracas (Remote) to support the Lifecycle Services portfolio. You will handle contractual, financial, and operational aspects from order entry to project completion, ensuring compliance, forecasting, and strong governance across projects.

The role requires 3+ years in project administration, knowledge of POC revenue recognition, ERP systems, and proficient English communication. Competitive benefits accompany a hybrid work setup in Venezuela.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering or equivalent field.
English speaking and writing skills (Intermediate to Advanced).
3+ years of experience in project administration or related role.
Project management knowledge.
Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI.

Responsabilidades

Review contractual and commercial terms, including payment conditions, delivery requirements, invoicing milestones, warranties, insurance, and other obligations.
Develop Sales Orders and project data within ERP systems.
Manage amendments, change orders, and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor costs, expenses, commitments, and budget performance; address variances.
Coordinate invoicing and revenue recognition; support forecasting and cash flow.
Maintain project plans, dashboards, and documentation; ensure governance and controls.
