Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, timely support via email, chat, phone, Zendesk, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, BOL, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve customer enquiries following SOPs and marketplace processes.
• Manage tickets with accurate labeling, macros, notes, and workflows.
• Support operational tasks including replacements, refunds, invoices, and shipping labels.
• Maintain strong product and policy knowledge across brands and platforms.
• Escalate complex issues with context and own follow-ups.
• Identify recurring issues and process gaps for improvement.
• Share feedback to improve workflows, FAQs, and the customer experience.
• Leverage AI and new technologies to work efficiently and enhance communication.
